Ik betrek en motiveer anderen. Het gaat om de verbinding tussen mensen: leidinggevenden, teamleden, collega\u2019s onderling. Begrijpen waarom, omarmen hoe \u00e9n een aandeel in het wat. Zoals Antoine de-Saint-Exup\u00e9ry schreef in \u2018de Kleine Prins\u2019: &#8220;Wil je een schip bouwen, leer dan de mensen het eindeloos verlangen naar de zee.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Mensen willen w\u00e9l veranderen<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Als mensen begrijpen \u2018waarom\u2019 en leren \u2018hoe\u2019 zijn ze meestal zeer bereid om stappen te zetten. Informeer en betrek medewerkers in een vroeg stadium, geef ruimte voor initiatief en eigenaarschap, zoek de pioniers op en faciliteer die. En versterk d\u00e1t met goede communicatie.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dat vraagt aan de voorkant flexibiliteit en misschien verschuift je einddoel. Maar het levert aan de achterkant betrokken medewerkers en een duurzaam resultaat op.<\/span><\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_col-sm-6 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<p>Veranderprojecten die zijn <em>bedacht<\/em> en worden <em>uitgerold<\/em>, realiseren zelden het beoogde resultaat. Als procesbegeleider heb ik een aantal veranderprojecten begeleid. Ik zette in op dialoog bij de conceptontwikkeling, zodat er draagvlak was voor de implementatie. Mijn aanpak was de medewerkers doorlopend te informeren (bouwjournaal, cartoons, Q&amp;A) \u00e9n daarin ruimte te bieden voor hun vragen (rondleidingen, intranetcommunity, verkenners). Zo waren ze goed voorbereid.
